Monthly Social Media Management Plans
What if I’m unhappy with my content?
You have one round of revisions to ask for the changes you’d like to see, it’s a creative process so it’s OK if you need to ask us for changes in your content or graphics. We’ll correct everything before it goes live.
What is the refund policy for social media management?
There are no refunds for this service.
How quickly will you start posting for me?
Once you sign up for a social media management plan it will typically take 2 – 4 weeks for us to create the first round of content. Why? we execute competitive and industry research and review all of our notes from your onboarding call. We need to plan ahead as we write for the next month to include special days, holidays, upcoming events, important topics, and more.
How will you know what to say about my business?
We use a specialized onboarding call to ask you juicy questions about your business, target demographic, etc. Having outside eyes is an incredibly powerful and effective tool in speaking about what service or product you offer. We also do competitive research to better understand your industry. Remember, our specialty is communication, we’re experts in helping your audience learn more about you!
Who have you worked with before?
We’ve worked with hundreds of companies and brands ranging from tradespeople, realtors, religious congregations, beauty brands, eCommerce/SEO companies, etc. We’ve worked with solopreneurs, small teams, small companies, and up to medium-sized agencies. Check out our portfolio, here.
Do I have to be on every social media site?
Nope! We will make our recommendation for which sites you should be posting your content. The team maintains being strategic and thoughtful in the approach to your social media marketing plan.
How often will you be posting content?
Frequency is not the same for everyone, it depends on what industry you’re in and who you’re targeting. It also depends on what plan you choose. You can customize the schedule of what days and times your content goes out or have us recommend a posting frequency for you!
Will I see the content before it goes on my social media site?
Yes, we will have a live working document where you can review the content and have one full round of revisions with any requests for changes before the content goes out. Good news! Most clients don’t feel they need to do this every month, it’s helpful in the first 1 – 3 months.
Who will be writing my content?
One of our Thrive Collective experts will be assigned to your content!
But how much does this stuff cost? All custom plans come with custom prices. If you have a budget you want us to stick to – just let us know! We can start as low as $150/month for a custom plan.
Are there contracts?
Nope! We work on a month-to-month basis and ask for 30 days written notice of cancellation. (That usually means there’s one final payment left).
What’s the cancellation policy?
You can submit your 30-day written notice of cancellation at any time! Since we research and write content in advance, you will have ONE final payment left at the time of cancellation. Unless you’re dealing with a medical emergency, there is no case where you can cancel on the spot with nothing further due. We ensure you have content for several weeks into the future by writing and taking care of your content 2 – 4 weeks in advance.
Does Thrive Collective use AI?
We do! We use AI to help us improve productivity, make better decisions, execute research, and assist with content and/or graphics.

What's the turnaround time or timeframe that I can expect to receive my services?
Several factors go into our official answer which we will give you when we start our project together. It depends on the difficulty of the design or topic, the number of assets you're able to provide, and we can only begin once you supplied all of the information necessary to get started. We generally say that design and project work takes between 3 - 7 business days (again depending on those factors).

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Thrive Collective Shop LLC ("TCSHOP," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your purchase and use of any social media management, content creation, branding, strategy, website development, or related services (collectively, the "Services") offered by TCSHOP.
This Agreement takes effect on the date you submit payment and/or affirmatively check the box confirming your agreement to these Terms at checkout (the "Effective Date"). By checking that box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including the specific scope of work sent to you via email prior to purchase, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Agreement have the meaning given to them in your scope of work, invoice, or order confirmation.
The specific Services you have purchased, including deliverables, timeline, and pricing, are described in the scope of work sent to you via email prior to payment (the "Scope of Work"). The Scope of Work is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement. Service-specific details — including revision allowances, posting cadence, and turnaround times — are described in your Scope of Work and/or the Services FAQ published on TCSHOP's website.
TCSHOP reserves the right to determine the appropriate platforms, posting frequency, and content strategy for social media management Services based on Client's industry, goals, and selected plan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your Scope of Work or invoice. Submitting payment constitutes your agreement to these Terms in full.
Recurring Services are provided on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts. Client may cancel at any time by providing thirty (30) days' written notice to TCSHOP. Because content is planned, researched, and produced in advance, Client will be responsible for one (1) final payment following notice of cancellation, except in the case of documented medical emergency, which TCSHOP will review on a case-by-case basis.
Project-based Services are billed at a flat rate agreed upon in the Scope of Work, due prior to commencement of work. Website development projects must be completed within six (6) months of purchase; if Client has not made significant progress toward completion within that period, TCSHOP reserves the right to close the project without refund.
Strategy and coaching sessions require a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; forty-eight (48) hours or more is preferred. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of fifty percent (50%) of the session cost. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full session fee, except in the case of documented emergency.
All sales are final. TCSHOP does not provide refunds or credits, including for partial months of service, plan upgrades or downgrades, or unused months on an open account.
The number of revision rounds included with your Service is specified in your Scope of Work. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur an additional fee. Client feedback and revision requests must be submitted within ninety (90) days of purchase; after this period, the Service will be considered complete and concluded.
Upon full payment, Client owns the final deliverables created specifically for Client under the applicable Scope of Work (e.g., final social media graphics, final website, final copywriting), excluding any TCSHOP proprietary tools, templates, frameworks, or pre-existing materials used to create them, which remain the property of TCSHOP.
Client may not resell, redistribute, or repackage TCSHOP's underlying templates, design assets, icons, or proprietary systems, whether or not they were used in Client's deliverables.
Client represents and warrants that all materials, images, logos, and content it provides to TCSHOP for use in deliverables are owned by Client or properly licensed, and Client agrees to indemnify TCSHOP against any claims arising from Client-provided materials lacking proper permission.
Both parties acknowledge that in the course of this Agreement, each may disclose confidential or proprietary information to the other, including business, financial, technical, and marketing information. Both parties agree to keep such information confidential and not to use it for any purpose outside this Agreement, except as required by law (in which case the disclosing party will provide prompt written notice where legally permitted).
If Client provides customer lists, contact information, or other third-party data to TCSHOP for use in Services (e.g., email or SMS campaigns), Client represents and warrants that such data was obtained in compliance with applicable marketing and data privacy laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and that Client is responsible for its own compliance (and that of its clients, if Client is an agency or reseller) with such laws.
TCSHOP provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except as expressly stated in your Scope of Work, TCSHOP makes no warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCSHOP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business, or data, arising out of or related to the Services. TCSHOP's total aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client to TCSHOP for the specific Services giving rise to the claim under the applicable Scope of Work.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TCSHOP from any claims, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from materials provided by Client for which proper permissions were not obtained, or from Client's breach of this Agreement. TCSHOP agrees to indemnify Client from claims arising from TCSHOP's material breach of this Agreement.
TCSHOP may assign this Agreement, including all rights and obligations under it, to any successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of TCSHOP's business assets, without requiring additional consent from Client. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties' respective successors and permitted assigns. Client may not assign this Agreement without TCSHOP's prior written consent.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation between the parties for a period of thirty (30) days. If the dispute remains unresolved, the parties agree to submit the matter to non-binding mediation. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, the parties agree to settle the dispute through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its confidential or proprietary information.
This Agreement, together with the applicable Scope of Work, constitutes the entire agreement between Client and TCSHOP regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements, discussions, or understandings, whether written or oral.
TCSHOP may update these Terms from time to time. If a change materially affects Client's rights under an active Agreement, TCSHOP will provide notice via email to the address on file. Continued use of Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
TCSHOP shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, third-party platform outages, or changes to social media platform policies or APIs.
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
TCSHOP uses artificial intelligence tools to support productivity, research, and content or graphic creation as part of delivering Services.
